Healthcare technology firm Vitals is moving its headquarters to a new Lyndhurst location, signing a lease for 21,000 square feet at the CityView Corporate Center, real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield said Thursday.
The company’s move to 160 Chubb Ave. from 210 Clay Ave. not only helps the company expand, it brings the Rugby Realty-owned building to 96 percent occupancy just over a year after it was purchased by the New Rochelle, New York-based firm.
“CityView Corporate Center offers quality accommodations and an unparalleled location,” Curtis Foster of Cushman & Wakefield, said in a prepared statement. “The building’s direct access to routes 17 and 3, the availability of public transportation and proximity to Newark Liberty airport continue to draw inquiries, and Rugby Realty’s responsive and flexible approach has been successful in converting those inquiries into commitments.”
Foster and Jerry Shifrin, based in Cushman & Wakefield’s East Rutherford office, are the exclusive leasing agents for CityView Corporate Center. Michael Staskiewicz of Lee & Associates represented the tenant in the long-term lease transaction.
CityView Corporate Center, a three-story, 135,400-square-foot building, was Rugby Realty’s first New Jersey investment, in late 2013.View the story here
